Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we offer international shipping services from Taiwan to Hong Kong China and anywhere in the world
we provide tracking number which allows you to track your order shipping process in real time
Your order will be delivered quickly and safely!
How do I return an item?
Cubicoco will only bear the return costs or exchange if the Product(s) is/are defective or wrongly delivered client must contact us while you recieve the product
Once your order is placed
Once your order has been placed, it will usually be fulfilled within 5 business days at our office in Taiwan. Shipping takes between 1 to 7 days to Hong Kong and China otherwise depending on where in the world you are located.
Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the
Cubicoco web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In
the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we
will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail, or you can
ask us before your placing the order.
Colors, size and shape
We cannot guarantee that colors in the website are fully
equivalent to the items’ actual colors. This depends on the
color settings of your computer and monitor. Since all
pieces are handmade, the size and placement of the
pattern can vary slightly from the picture, but our deisgners
try their very best to match your expectations. Also we
believe that our customers appreciate the feeling and
charm of handmade items.

Cubicoco只接受退換貨的情況如下
除非有寄送錯誤或毀損等情形，其餘一律不接受退換貨。
